Healthy Balance Nutrition reframes the pillars of self care to navigate the change in life for menopausal women
Are you confused by the body changes you are experiencing and not feeling like yourself anymore?
Are you unsure what changes you need to make to feel on top of the world?
I’m Megan, nutritionist and owner of Healthy Balance Nutrition.
My passion is to help women in their menopausal years to overcome the overwhelm and confusion that can come with change at midlife. I know exactly what you are going through as I am experiencing it myself. You can read about my menopause story here. After being diagnosed as “in confirmed menopause” at 46, I found there was limited resources for women in this lifestage that addressed the lifestyle factors that could help women manage their physical, emotional and mental health. Self care couldn’t be more crucial at this time in your life.
As your nutritionist, we can work together addressing the pillars of self care:
-
Nutrition
-
Joyful Movement
-
Sleep
-
Stress
-
Connection
So that you can take back control to feel energetic, healthy and strong, and continue to thrive in the second half of your life.
