Hello, my name is Megan, your Menopause Nutritionist and Certified Women’s Health Coach.

I work closely with you to develop a plan individualised to you and your menopause experience, as you are unique in your experience, lifestyle, health and self care goals.

How it works

 

1. Let’s meet

Schedule your free 15 minute Discovery Call.  We will discuss your menopause experience based on your application form and what your reason for connecting with me are.  If we are a good fit and you are ready to do the work, let’s begin!

 

2. Preparing for your Initial Consultation

There will be a few forms to fill in, that I will email to you.  These will help me better understand your lifestyle, menopause experience and goals to help me prepare for your initial consultation.

 

3. Initial Consultation

We will delve deeper into the information that you provided in your forms about your lifestyle and menopause experience.  We will start to understand your story a little better and using the Self Care Framework, you will be able to choose which area you would like to start working on first.

 

4. Follow up Consultations

These consultations are important to provide you with support, accountability and a safe space to discuss your needs, barriers and goals.  Implementation and action taking in a slow and steady approach will see you improving your energy, symptoms and overall health and wellbeing in a sustainable way.
